My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were huge, clean, and comfy, but the view was lacking. It took multiple requests to get my room cleaned, which was a downside. The service was pleasant and friendly, although there was some pressure to provide personal tips for upgrades and privileges. The location was fine but a bit crowded due to shared pools with other hotels. Overall, the hotel was new, clean, and nicely done, offering some convenience but with a few hiccups in service.
